    Capitol Hill Real Estate

Capitol Hill is quite arguably the hippest, most vibrant neighborhood in Seattle. It is teeming with restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, plus a multitude of other businesses and is the central spot for Seattle nightlife. Capitol Hill is considered to have two faces. One side, specifically along Broadway Ave and the Pike/Pine corridor, is very young, eclectic and edgy, filled with musicians, artists, students, tattoo parlors and music venues. The other side is more upscale, old money and residential, with beautiful 19th century mansions and quiet tree lined streets.
