✨ And here are 2 extra-special options: our team’s current listing at 8203 Lakewood Rd in Stanwood can also be booked as a wedding venue! It offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of charm for your special day. Located on Lake Martha and nicknamed the Green Gables Lakehouse, this 1915 property is set on a huge double lot w/ mature landscaping, offering a serene backyard oasis where you can relax, watch eagles, bunnies, & ducks. So much space for wedding guests and celebration of love! Reach out to Gerald Overbeck for more information!
The Old Silvana Schoolhouse is also owned by my team. You can rent out the backyard (2 acres) for weddings and special events. There is plenty of parking, a small chapel, a saloon, and is located in a very private setting in farm country (next to a dairy farm). www.SilvanaSchoolhouse.com and www.facebook.com/silvanaschoolhouse for more info.
