Vacation Rentals - GreenGables Lakehouse... and Silvana Schoolhouse (2026-tbd)
Hi everyone! We wanted to share a little bit on this blog, about each of our investment properties/Airbnb's! This has been such a fun addition to our real estate, staging, remodeling, and retail business, incorporating all of the things we are passionate about.
If you are curious about buying an investment home, please don't hesitate to reach out! Full-time rentals are another good option, we also own and manage 4 rental properties. Long-term rentals are easier to manage than short-term rentals, and also provide more reliable income with less volatility.

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and our love of old farm houses. We were looking on Lake Martha for 3 years and finally found this amazing property! It is so special, it's on a double lot, which is very flat with gentle sloping lawn down to the lake and dock. Our parents (and us) are getting older so we wanted to avoid houses that had 3 flights of stairs down to the water. I grew up near lakes and wanted my son to have the same memories I had of fishing, boating, swimming, and family BBQs.
