What’s your Home worth? You might be surprised! Note: Zillow/Redfin/County Assessments can be waaaaay off, usually low or high by 10-30%! These are just rough “estimates”, mainly based on price/sq ft, which is a very inaccurate method to calculate value. We can provide you with a FREE, instant home value estimate that is much more accurate (usually within 1-3% of the true market value). We use the same tools that bank appraisers do. Thinking about Selling? We have a unique program for sellers called “Concierge”, where we increase the value of your home before listing it. For some homes it’s a light refresh (paint, clean, landscape). For other homes that need more work, we can install new flooring, deep cleaning, install a new roof, do repairs, and/or a full remodel (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) up to $100,000 (interest-free loan). You can pay us back at Closing. We have our own STAGING business so we can create that perfect “Beach & Boulevard” quality look for your home before listing it. Staging is done at a discounted rate for our clients, no monthly fees, and pay-at-Closing option. Consultations are always complimentary.

Every listing gets our high quality “luxury” treatment: High-definition photos & 3D virtual tour.
