    What’s your Home worth?  You might be surprised! Note: Zillow/Redfin/County Assessments can be waaaaay off, usually low or high by 10-30%!  These are just rough “estimates”, mainly based on price/sq ft, which is a very inaccurate method to calculate value.  We can provide you with a FREE, instant home value estimate that is much more accurate (usually within 1-3% of the true market value). We do a 5-Day Marketing Blitz: [virtual] open houses + email blast.  Every listing gets our high quality “luxury” treatment: High-definition photos & 3D virtual tour.
