    Neighborhood Spotlight: Dexter Ave

    Live the Life

    D E X T E R   A V E   / Your connection to Fremont, Queen Anne, and South Lake Union

Seattle is full of so many amazing neighborhoods!  If you are new to the city, it can feel very daunting trying to decide exactly where to live.  We’ve narrowed in on a pretty special street in Seattle – Dexter Ave!  Dexter Ave runs on the West side of Lake Union and is a great connector from Ballard/Magnolia, Fremont, and Queen Anne to South Lake Union, 1-5, and Downtown.  For many Seattleites, Dexter Ave is their “hub”.  It’s wildly popular for those who choose to commute to work via bike or bus.  The bike & bus lanes are very robust along Dexter Ave.
