Here are the stats from June!

* And helped 6 friends/family "Dream it - do it" by winning some bidding wars and went pending on new homes or selling their current ones!
We have 1 recent "Relax-Remodel" project that had multiple offers, and went pending quickly down in Federal Way, that was a huge success!

Gerald's charming Ravenna home was one that went pending in June, & he took on some gorgeous listings in the Camano/Stanwood area.

Meet The Team Happy Hour & Anniversary Party - Our last months happy hour was such a joy to see some familiar faces, and indulge on some yummy appetizers and happy hour beverages! We will send out invitations to this month's special "Anniversary" Happy hour, as soon as we secure some final details! Gerald hit 11 year anniversary, and Beach&Blvd is celebrating 6 years.
