24 Amazing Results - Unsellable Houses!

We've been offering our popular and proven All-In-One Home Selling program to sellers since 2018. This was the last time the market shifted and houses were not selling. In 2018 we started helping Sellers who were unsuccessful in selling their house the 1st (or 2nd) time around. Most of these houses were on the market for 90 days and did not get any offers. What we found is the sellers had used a "friend agent" or discount broker who lacked the knowledge/skills necessary to market & sell the home. In most instances the houses were not staged, or they were staged incorrectly. Many agents offer "free staging" but use random furniture they have acquired. We have our own warehouse and most of our staging items are less than 2 years old (we are currently updating it as trends change).
So the Sellers signed up for the Relax-Remodel Concierge Program and the results speak for themselves. In most cases just by making a small tweak to the marketing, taking better quality photos, doing stylish staging, open houses every weekend, and getting the house in better condition, we were able to generate offers in the 1st 1-3 weeks. Whereas before the houses were on the market for 90+ days. The most common strategic upgrades we make are: fresh coat of paint, new flooring, updating light fixtures, deep clean & landscape cleanup. In some cases we can do a bigger remodel if the Return on Investment (ROI) makes sense, which includes kitchen and bathroom remodels, new roof, new water heater/ furnace, install A/C, windows, etc. We have a preferred group of contractors we work with, and have done over 100+ projects with over the past 5 years. They offer us great pricing and priority scheduling. Most projects can get completed within 1-4 weeks.
To determine the "scope of work" we recommend you get a home inspection, then we can go thru the list and determine what to fix/ what NOT to fix. Then we get pricing, and you have the final say on what to do. Usually you will see a 3-5X return on your investment. So if you invest $10,000 in strategic upgrades, we will be able to sell the house for $30-$50K more. That is why we rarely sell a home "As-Is". Only in some rare occasions, either it's a tear-down, or the Seller's goal is not to sell for the highest price, their goal is to sell it fast as possible.
