Gerald Overbeck

Owner, Real Estate Agent

I'm a licensed real estate agent, I started Beach&Blvd with my wife & best friend Melissa. It's a real estate business thru Keller Williams Realty AND a lifestyle brand based in the Northwest. Life story: I'm a ""Military brat"" - Dad served 20+ years in the Air Force
Parents met and married in Taipei. I was born there a year later.
My bro Tom was born 2 yrs later in Minnesota. Tom & Jerry, get it?
We lived all over the world (preschool in Italy, highschool in Japan), and inbetween Minnesota, Nebraska, N.Dakota, Spokane, San Pedro-CA).
Moved to Seattle in the 90s, finished up high school in Steilacoom.
Graduated from Univ.of Washington and ROTC program (class of '96) Go Huskies!
After college worked at Future Shop, AirTouch, Microsoft, while serving as Officer in the Army Reserves for 10 years (Basic @ Ft Knox, MI OBC @ Ft Huachuca, DLI in Monterey)
Started my ""corporate life"" at Eddie Bauer in Marketing Jan 1999, and then Amazon.com in May 2001.
Got married in 2006 to my wonderful wife Melissa (we met in 2001 at her company Christmas party). We both left our Corporate jobs after 13 years! and started our company Beach&Blvd (we blended Tommy Bahama's island style + Amazon's customer-centric focus & innovation).
We are both licensed real estate agents with the #1 brokerage & training company - Keller Williams Realty. Melissa is also an accredited staging professional (ASP).
Beach&Blvd is hiring! We are always looking for talented people to join the team. Contact us!
